Michael Chidiac


Previously, as the Regional VP for SuccessFactors, Michael built and led a high performance sales team resulting in a sales pipeline that grew from 1.5 x to 5.5 x and an increase in net new customer acquisitions by over 350% in one year.

Prior to SFSF, Michael sold for Taleo’s Large Enterprise team contributing to the company’s dramatic growth of $37 Mil in 2005 to $250Mil in 2011. During that time, he grew the Region’s net new customers base by over 500% equating to over $40Mil in TCV with 100% customer renewals.

Michael possesses an MBA from DeVoss School of Business and a BA from Seton Hall University
